Jenn Smith | Founder & CEO
Jenn is the visionary force behind Fit Couture Collection. What started as a passion for creating confidence boosting activewear for real women quickly evolved into a brand built on empowerment, community, and style. As CEO, Jenn oversees the heart and strategy of Fit Couture, designing new collections, shaping the brand’s voice, crafting the customer experience, and keeping the mission front and center: to make every woman feel strong, beautiful, and seen.
Driven by creativity and connection, Jenn has a talent for turning ideas into experiences. Whether she’s sketching out a new product concept, refining fabrics and fits, planning launches, or dreaming up the next phase of the brand, she brings intention, authenticity, and a whole lot of passion into everything she does.
But at her core, Jenn is a community-builder. She believes women deserve activewear that celebrates their individuality, not just their measurements. Her goal has always been bigger than clothing; it’s about creating a supportive space where women root for each other, show up confidently, and express themselves without hesitation.
Fit Couture is her love letter to strong, stylish, unstoppable women everywhere, and the brand continues to grow because of her unwavering dedication to that mission.
Brittany Miles | Creative Director
Brittany is the creative pulse of Fit Couture Collection. What began as her making fun Instagram reels quickly grew into a role where she helps shape so much of the brand’s visual and social presence. From brainstorming photoshoot concepts to curating our social feeds and building meaningful influencer connections, Brittany brings a fresh, feminine energy to everything she touches.
With her sharp eye and instinct for storytelling, Brittany transforms our collections into content that truly connects. Whether she’s directing a rooftop shoot in Downtown Tampa, capturing sun-kissed beach moments, or planning the creative details behind an upcoming launch, she adds intention, personality, and heart to every project.
What really sets Brittany apart is how deeply she understands our community. She knows what resonates, what inspires, and how to create content that makes women feel confident and seen. Her vision helps shape Fit Couture into more than a brand—it becomes a vibe, a lifestyle, and a community women want to be part of.
